Matt Brzycki is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation, Fitness at Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. He has authored more than 360 articles/columns on strength and fitness that have appeared in 41 different publications including The Journal of Physical Education & Recreation, Texas Coach and Wrestling USA. Matt served on the New Jersey Council on Physical Fitness and Sports as well as the New Jersey Obesity Prevention Task Force, and has appeared as a guest on radiod by more than 20 strength and fitness professionals from across the country including Jeff Friday (Baltimore Ravens), Ken Mannie (Michigan State University) and strength coach Dr. Ken Leistner.
