A few words about book author

Woolfolk Hoy received her BA Magna Cum Laude in 1969 from the University of Texas at Austin, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. In 1972 she was awarded a Ph. D. in Educational Psychology from the same university.

From 1973 to 1993 she was on the faculty of the Department of Educational Psychology (Chair 1990-1993) of the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University.
