About book author

Hull was born in Hertfordshire and was educated at Christs Hospital and St Marys Hospital Medical School in London. He worked as a General Practitioner and as a Professor of General Practice at the Free University of Amsterdam. He now lives in Perthshire where he works as a freelance writer and lecturer.
